 Were you up too late last night, Tux?

  1. I plan to _watch true crime shows/ videos_ and _eat kettle corn popcorn_ in October.

     2. _ Getting manis and pedis with my mom was the highlight of my week.

     3. ‘Tis the season for _buying an autumn mix of candy corn and pumpkins for my husband_.

     4. Though a lot of people like _coconut cake/any baked goods with coconut_, I can’t stand it.

THANKFUL THURSDAY AT THE DOCTOR- SEEMS LIKE THURSDAYS ARE THE DAY FOR APPOINTMENTS

The kidney doctor is the doctor we see today. After the kidney doctor, we shop. Me at Target.

Mama at Home Depot. Of course we will eat somewhere.  That somewhere was Denny's.

For my thankful today, I FELT GOOD TODAY! I am glad to be home.

am I up for the job? All I have to do in this profession is...be me. I am applying for the position of Heidi Dare Turner Jenkins. Just as well get motivated to do my job. Lol!
 

Who got the memo? I reckon it's kind of obvious. I look and sound like myself.

Maybe I could hire someone else to substitute. Nah, that would not work, would it?

THANKFUL THURSDAY

 Today was a consultation day for mama. My husband and I went with her to her doctor appointment. I was able to go into her appointment with her which was informing. Mama/ daughter time was much needed. I am thankful for days with my mom.

RANDOM THOUGHTS TUESDAY

 Right now, words aren't forming. It's probably because I finally closed my eyes somewhere around 3am.  I'd love to read one more chapter.

I did, in fact, read one more chapter.

Today I paid for reading one more chapter last night. The thing is that there is peace in the middle of the night that can't be duplicated any other way.

I took a nap. With Monti, my cat, this morning. After I fixed meds and breakfast for David and me. Nothing majestic but cereal for David and applesauce for me.

In fact, we hung out today, lazing around for a while, cuddled up in bed. I believe that did us both good- me and my cat.

Tonight I want to get to bed early. Tomorrow is going to be a long day, but first, an early morning. Which is something I will discuss in tomorrow's episode of my life.

Clearly, not without wishing you all a happy day/night first.

An Awww Monday mixed with a Happy Tuesday

Today, meaning Monday, has been relaxing. But really, isn't it already tomorrow at 3:19am? Needless to say, I was able to nap today. My husband says I slept through two movies that I had set the t.v. to play for him.

Technically, it is Happy Tuesday,

So, maybe we can consider that fact. As far as today goes, I probably ate too much chocolate. Even if was dark chocolate. The good-for-you kind. That's worth something, right? Let's channel dark chocolate for the magnesium win! Just so we can feel better about eating it.

Maybe, just maybe I should get some rest. Even if it's only a couple of hours of rest. I mean, my nap earlier should account for something. The good thing is my cats sleep at night. They don't get the zoomies at night. My boys

 save their shenanigans for the day. Oh, and Monday Sparks. I cannot forget that prompt.

CATURDAY ART

 There is something new going on that I enjoy. Tux has been sleeping  between David and I. At least for a bit at first at bed time.

So much cleaning went on today... I brewed a pot of coffee today but I had been so occupied with cleaning today that I never drank any. Maybe tomorrow morning?

Well, as much as I want to write some more, I know that sleep is important as well. I need to sleep more...ugh! I'll end my post with a picture of sweet Tux all dolled up by using Lunapic. You guys enjoy!

Before I forget. It's week three of my GLp1 journey. Still I think the next two days after my shot are crucial.  A bland diet of protein source bananas, rice, applesaue, toast these couple days is best.

These are the things that make me happy ❗

 Today is happy because cats are here. PERIOD.

This morning we had an eye appointment for David.  All went well.

David was encouraged by the doctor that research WAS BEING DONE ON RESTORING VISION BY stem cells and also implants.  In the future, of course.  That is still hopeful.

✨My GLP-1 journey is like this: mornings are kind of queasy. The rest of the day seems good.
