Took nausea meds under tongue let disolve then took shot
Gonna try 8pm next dose a week later.
Right leg shot 1st dose around 11pm
Went well.administered shot pushed down top heard second click waited for yellow line to go to bottom pulled out slowly Not hungry Not sick...yet Be cautious next time also Read directions again Remember to do left leg next dose Over all the day went well
Breakfast applesauce
Lunch uncle Ben's rice beans chicken Mylanta after meal
Cup coffee Benefiber
Supper chicken n rice multivitamin
Slept well with no symptoms
