My Name is Charlotte, Nice to Meet You

Words for Wednesday is started by Delores and continued by Elephant's Child who sadly passed away. River at Drifting through life is our new coordinator but the prompts are provided and hosted by various people and hosted on various blogs. The aim of Words for Wednesday is to encourage us to write using some or all of the prompts.

This week's prompts are:
1. train
2. loop
3. scream
4. puzzle

5. bowl

Do you ever want to write without rules? Only freestyle writing. That's me. Hi! My name is Charlotte Marie Hensley, and I want to tell you why I enjoy writing. When I was a younger kid, I was squeezed in the middle of my older and younger sister. Growing up, I didn't get to talk much. So, I created an imaginary world. In the grocery store one day, my two sisters were chatting with my mom. I couldn't find an uninterrupted chance to talk to her. I was so frustrated with them that I could scream. I lost my train of thought that day. My sisters were both fruit loops when choosing a new cereal bowl. The magazine aisle was down the same aisle as the oatmeal. While Betty Sue and Rebekah were arguing, I noticed a journal next to the T.V. Guide and the Puzzle books. Then, my sisters were debating over the flavor of oatmeal they wanted mama to buy. Meanwhile, I got my mama to buy the journal to write my thoughts in daily. My journal became my imaginary world. Would you like to hear of some of my stories?
